Wayland and his wife, Jeanette, are founders and apostolic leaders of The Gathering Kingdom Center in Arlington, TX, and Greater Works Generation Ministries International. Wayland is also an adjunct professor at Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, TX.
A lover of the Word and the Spirit, he holds a Doctorate of Ministry from George Fox University, a Masters of Business in Executive Leadership, and a Masters in Divinity from Liberty University.
He travels across the United States and internationally equipping leaders and doing the work of evangelism with a heart to see renewal, restoration, and reformation come to the body of Christ.
Wayland is the author of two books, and is working on his new book, “Incarnational Discipleship”.
Wayland and his wife Jeanette reside in Arlington, Texas, with their three beautiful children.
