Dr. Loyd-Paige is an educator, author, speaker, podcaster, mentor, and diversity consultant. She earned her undergraduate degree from Calvin University and completed her PhD in Sociology at Purdue University. Loyd-Paige co-authored the book “Diversity Playbook: Recommendations and Guidance for Christian Organizations” and co-hosts the “Antioch Podcast: Conversations on Biblical Anti-racism.”
Her exceptional leadership in diversity and racial justice initiatives has earned her numerous accolades. After dedicating 38 and a half years to Calvin University, she retired from her career in higher education in June 2023.
Now, she focuses entirely on her consulting firm, Loyd-Paige and Associates, where she works as a diversity consultant and certified wellness coach. Additionally, she is the Founder and President of the organization Preach Sista!
Outside of her professional life, she is married to her husband Darrell, has three children, and is a proud grandmother of two.
