Geoff King is a 2007 graduate of Bethel College currently serving as the Equipping Director at Fellowship Missionary Church in Fort Wayne.

Geoff has a heart for discipleship among young leaders. He also cares deeply for racial and cultural reconciliation within the body of Christ.

Steve Moore is the president of Nexleader where he leads a growing network of coaches who utilize the Identity Profile Self-Awareness Tool to help people optimize and unleash the kingdom resources God put inside them.

Steve’s platform for influence includes service as chairman of the board for World Relief, the executive committee of the National Association of Evangelicals, and vice chair of the Global Leadership Council for the World Evangelical Alliance Mission Commission.

He is the author of five books, most recently, The Top 10 Leadership Conversations in the Bible.

Steve and his wife Sherry have four adult children and live near Atlanta, Georgia.

Dr. Jackie Roese is the Founder and President of The Marcella Project, a ministry committed to ennobling women through scripture- focused teaching, training and dialogue. She has a Master in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry in Preaching from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.

Jackie spent eight years serving on staff at a large church as Teaching Pastor to women as well as serving on the Sunday morning preaching team.

She has authored two books and a number of Bible studies. Jackie has spoken at numerous women’s conferences throughout the country and in Africa and has trained women here and abroad through her She Can Teach Course.

Marilynn is a nationally recognized sacred concert pianist, published arranger and beloved professor. She is a best selling keyboard arranger for Lillenas Publishing Company and has been published by Alfred Publishing Company and FJH Music Company. Marilyn has produced 26 books of advanced sacred piano solos. She has always been active as a church musician and she offers concerts, chapel programs, workshops and master classes in schools and churches. Marilyn has 2 grown children and 5 grandchildren.

Terry Linhart is the newly appointed Dean of Adult and Graduate studies having previously served as the Chair of the Department of Religion and Philosophy. Prior to coming to Bethel Terry  served for 15 years in full-time youth ministry. He has authored and co-authored a handful of books, the most recent being THE SELF AWARE LEADER. Terry has been married to his wife, Kelly for 30 years and they are the proud parents of Lauren, Jayson and Sean.

Dr. Chad Meister is a Professor of Philosophy and Theology at Bethel and the author of the book Evil: A Guide for the Perplexed, Second Edition. He spends most of his free time hanging out with family, friends, and students (usually with lots of coffee in hand). He has written or edited over thirty books, most of them about God, the Christian faith or the problem of evil. In 2015, he spent a sabbatical in England as a Research Fellow at the Universities of Oxford and Birmingham. Chad is married to Tammi and they have two teenage sons, Justin and Joshua.

Katelyn Beaty is the author of A Woman’s Place and an editor at large with Christianity Today, where she previously served as the magazine’s youngest and first female managing editor. An Ohio native and a graduate of Calvin College, Kaitlyn studied theology at the University of Oxford. She has written for several mainstream media outlets about faith and culture. This spring Kaitlyn will serve as Bethel’s commencement speaker.
